We believe that the confidentiality of our clients and the candidates we solicit is absolutely essential to our recruitment process. Typically, the industry-wide searches we have been engaged to conduct are to replace currently occupied positions, and as such, are quite sensitive.
Client/corporate information initially provided to prospective candidates is very general. In fact, the opening conversation with a candidate focuses primarily on the responsibilities of the particular position and the experience that the candidate possesses which would enhance the same. As interest in a position is generated, additional particulars regarding our client corporation are disclosed, with prior authorization, of course. We maintain that disclosing client or candidate particulars prematurely can unnecessarily complicate a search.
